About me
I'm Bianca, and I run Bianca's Kitchen Catering from my home kitchen in Bournemouth.
I've worked in kitchens for years — nursing homes, restaurants, pub kitchens — but I always knew I wanted to do my own thing eventually. In 2024, I finally made it happen.
I started this business in honour of my mum, who was an enthusiastic baker and always dreamed of doing something like this. She never got the chance, so in a way, I'm doing it for both of us.
What I believe
I cook the food I like to eat. I'd rather give you seven small bites of different, interesting things than loads of the same thing. I believe food should bring people together, and that everyone at the table deserves to eat well — especially those with dietary requirements who often get overlooked.
Qualifications
I'm NVQ Level 3 qualified in Professional Cookery, I hold a 5-star food hygiene rating, and I'm fully insured with public liability cover. I take the professional side seriously — but I don't let it make things feel corporate or stuffy.
How I work
When you book me, you deal with me. I'm the one you'll talk to, I'm the one planning your menu, and I'm the one cooking your food. No middlemen, no account managers, just a straightforward conversation about what you want and how we make it happen.
